You don’t need to schedule all of your sessions at once — you’re welcome to book one at a time, and I will keep track of your sessions and guide the flow as we move through the journey together.

How to Approach Your Sessions

This work unfolds in layers, guided by what is most present and ready to be explored.

Each session is shaped by your individual process, and your journey may include:

• Therapeutic Past Life Regression
• Life Between Lives exploration
• Future Life Progression

There’s no need to decide everything in advance — we will follow what naturally arises.

A Note on the Experience

Each session unfolds in its own way.

Some experiences are more visual, while others may be felt more intuitively or emotionally. All of these are valid ways of accessing the work.

The process meets you where you are, and unfolds in the way that is most supportive for you.

Session Flow

We typically begin by exploring the past life most directly connected to the pattern or experience you are currently moving through.

From there, the session may naturally move into deeper spaces where:

• patterns can be understood and released
• soul-level insight becomes available
• contract clearing and soul retrieval may occur

Each session builds on the last, allowing the work to deepen progressively over time.

How Your Journey Unfolds

While each journey is unique, I’ve found it is often most supportive to begin with a Therapeutic Past Life Regression session.

This allows us to explore the most relevant pattern or theme currently present in your life and begin creating a foundation for the deeper work that follows.

For sessions that include Life Between Lives exploration, you’re welcome to come prepared with up to 10–15 questions you would like to explore with your guides or higher consciousness.

These questions often relate to:

• purpose and direction
• relationships
• recurring patterns
• life decisions or transitions

There’s no need to have everything perfectly planned — simply bring what feels meaningful or present for you.

Spacing Your Sessions

You’re welcome to space your sessions in a way that feels supportive.

Many people choose to leave a few days to a couple of weeks between sessions so each experience has time to settle and integrate.

Before Your First Session

For online sessions, I recommend setting up in a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax — ideally somewhere you’re able to lie down.

We will begin with a conversation before moving into the regression, so please ensure you are set up in a way that allows you to remain on camera throughout the session.

At times during the process, I may ask you to raise a hand or finger as a simple form of communication, so your camera should be positioned accordingly.

Please also ensure you have a stable internet connection and won’t be interrupted during the session.

It can also be helpful to be mindful of caffeine and food before your session.

If your body relies on caffeine, there’s no need to cut it out completely, but try to keep it minimal and avoid having it immediately beforehand, as it can make it more difficult to fully relax and connect.

It’s also best to avoid a heavy meal right before your session so your body can remain comfortable and at ease.

After Your Session

At the end of your session, it’s best to allow some time for the experience to settle.

Rather than moving into immediate analysis, this space allows what came through to integrate more naturally.

I will follow up with a message that includes your session recording along with a few key reflections or takeaways.

You may find it helpful to have a journal nearby, as insights or feelings often continue to arise in the hours or days that follow.

If you feel called to receive additional support, you’re welcome to book an integration session after giving the experience a few days to settle.

There’s nothing you need to do perfectly to prepare for this work.

Simply arriving with openness and curiosity is enough.

Everything else will unfold from there.
