TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SERVICES OFFERED

Spiritual Healing Services:

  • Past Life Regression sessions: $333 (up to 2 hours)
  • Life Between Lives sessions: $444 (up to 3 hours)
  • Future Life Progression sessions: $222 (1.5 hours)
  • Past Life Journey packages: 3 sessions for $888
  • Kambo ceremonies: $333 (1.5 hours, performed at client’s location)
  • Integration calls: $50 for 30 minutes (available after any paid session)
  • Shamanic Life Coaching (waitlist basis)


Physical Products:

  • Kuripes: $22-77
  • Plant salve: $11
  • Dragon’s blood: $250

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Session Booking:

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through spiritawakening.us
  • Full payment required at time of booking
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit card via Square, PayPal, bank transfer
  • Prices are subject to change without notice


Package Bookings:

  • 3-session packages must be completed within 6 months of first session
  • Sessions are non-transferable between individuals

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Client Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for you
  • Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged the full session fee


Facilitator Cancellations:

  • Full refund or rescheduling at client’s preference
  • Spirit Awakening not responsible for travel costs if client cancellation required


Package Refunds:

  • Unused sessions in packages refundable within first 30 days
  • After 30 days: prorated refund for unused sessions minus 25% administrative fee

4. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMERS

General Health:

  • Services are spiritual practices, not medical treatment and do not replace professional medical care
  • Consult your physician before participating if you have heart conditions, mental health concerns, or take medications
  • Inform facilitator of all medications, supplements, and health conditions


Kambo-Specific Contraindications:
Kambo is contraindicated for individuals with:

  • Heart conditions or pacemakers
  • History of stroke, aneurysm, blood clots or other hemorrhage
  • Some mental health conditions including schizophrenia
  • Recent surgery, radiation or chemotherapy
  • Hypertensive blood pressure or blood pressure controlled by medications
  • Addison’s disease or adrenal insufficiency
  • Immunosuppressants for organ transplant
  • Pancreatitis
  • Esophageal varices, damaged esophagus, or any condition where a doctor has advised you avoid vomiting
  • Active gall stones
  • Pregnancy
  • Iboga within the last year or Bufo within the last 6 weeks
  • History of seizure


Regression Work:

  • Past life regression, Life Between Lives, and Future Life Progression may bring up intense emotions or memories
  • Clients with trauma history should inform facilitator beforehand
  • Integration support available but not a substitute for professional therapy
  • Results are not guaranteed and experiences vary by individual

5. INFORMED CONSENT

By booking services, you acknowledge:

  • You are participating voluntarily in spiritual/ceremonial work
  • You understand the experiential nature of regression and ceremonial work
  • Results and experiences are not guaranteed
  • You release Spirit Awakening from liability for emotional, physical, or spiritual responses
  • You are responsible for your own integration and follow-up care
  • You are of sound mind and legal age to consent

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All session content remains strictly confidential
  • Client information will not be shared without written consent
  • Audio and video recordings of sessions provided to clients only, unless express permission is given to use for promotional content
  • Submitted testimonials may be used for promotional material on social media and marketing platforms
  • Generalized anonymous client experiences may be used in promotional material
  • Testimonials may be edited for length and clarity

7. CONDUCT & BOUNDARIES

Client Responsibilities:

  • Arrive sober and in appropriate mental/emotional state for session work
  • Follow all pre-session preparation guidelines provided
  • Respect facilitator’s time, energy, and professional boundaries
  • No inappropriate conduct, harassment, or boundary violations


Facilitator Rights:

  • Right to refuse or discontinue service for safety or behavioral reasons
  • Right to require medical clearance if health concerns arise
  • Right to end session early if client is under the influence of substances
  • Right to terminate ongoing client relationships that become inappropriate

8. PRODUCT TERMS

Etsy/Physical Products:

  • All sales final unless product arrives damaged or missing
  • Damaged and missing items to be resolved through Etsy Help with Order Shipping Protection Service
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • International shipping subject to customs delays and fees
  • Kuripes and plant medicines for ceremonial and personal use only


Plant Medicine Products:

  • For educational and ceremonial purposes only
  • Not for internal consumption without proper knowledge and guidance
  • Buyer assumes all responsibility for legal compliance in their jurisdiction
  • Dragon’s blood and plant salves are traditional preparations, not FDA-approved medicines

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All session recordings, guided journeys, scripts, and healing materials remain property of Spirit Awakening
  • Clients may not record sessions without written permission
  • Sharing of proprietary healing methods, techniques, or materials is prohibited
  • Client may not reproduce, distribute, or teach Spirit Awakening’s methodologies

10. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Spirit Awakening’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services
    • Spirit Awakening is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Client assumes all risk for participation in spiritual/ceremonial work
    • Client releases Spirit Awakening from claims arising from session experiences
    • These limitations apply even if Spirit Awakening has been advised of potential damages

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Good faith effort to resolve disputes directly before legal action
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Long Beach, California
  • California state law governs these terms
  • If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remainder of terms remain valid

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Spirit Awakening reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
  • Changes will be posted on spiritawakening.us with effective date
  • Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email when possible
